A 48-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations to avoid a full session fee. Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours notice.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes, with the option for longer sessions upon mutual agreement with your therapist.

Your privacy is our utmost priority. Everything you discuss in therapy is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent. There are a few rare legal exceptions where confidentiality may be broken: 1) if we are subpoenaed by a court, and 2) if there is a credible threat of imminent harm to yourself or others, including suicide, self-harm, or harm to a specific person. We will discuss confidentiality in more detail during your first session and provide you with a comprehensive privacy notice.
