Jillian Cruzet, MS, LPC-Associate Supervised by Tina M. Taylor, LPC-S
Therapist

Jillian Cruzet is an Asian-American Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (supervised by Tina M. Taylor, M.S, LPC-S), who is passionate about providing individual therapy to adults and adolescents. She keeps the client's holistic well-being at the center of her approach, striving to empower them to reach their fullest potential while fostering meaningful connections with others. Whether you're dealing with past traumatic experiences or current challenges, you both will find the tools you need to heal and thrive. Together, you and Jillian will uncover the root causes of your struggles to gain a new perspective of your present and enhance your capacity for self-awareness and reflection.

Her experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety and depression, grief, life transitions, sexuality and racial identity concerns, and relational struggles. She empowers her adolescent (15+), young adult, and adult clients to take ownership of their growth process, which is why she mainly uses a person-centered approach. But, she integrates a range of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, psychodynamic and existential therapy, and mindfulness. She loves creative expression, so y’all can tap into that world in your sessions too!

Jillian earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Master’s of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University. When she's not in the therapy room, you can find Jillian watching movies with her loved ones, cooking a yummy meal, drawing, and running outdoors.
